Virgin Olive Oil belongs to the so-called "Own Harvest Monovarietal" and is produced with Arbequina olives variety. They are characterized by their small size, roundness, early ripening and essence, fine oil, with sweet shades, and expressive and unique scent.
For its launching into market, two lines of product have been designed: MAXIMUM and SUMMUM.

MAXIMUM oil, excels at its high quality, provided by the variety and production and preserving techniques. Its scent, colour and texture are unmistakable, turning its tasting into a full experience to the senses.

SUMMUM oil, comes from a special collection of olives and its later storage in an independent tank of exclusive familiar use, in which the oil obtained in the first pressing is preserved during the first days of harvesting. This peculiarity makes the line SUMMUM a luxury for discerning palates, as well as a pride for us. SUMMUM oil, arrives to the client in limited and numbered bottles.

Elaborated and certified by "Spanish School of Tasting".

Virgin Oil presents scent of medium intensity, prevailing green-apple and olive tones, citrics and dried fuits, raw almonds and walnuts.
Its taste in the mouth is sweet, with a fluid flowing, pleasant bitter, light spicy and mild sensation.
Its back-nasal scent reinforces the direct phase with fresh fruits and dried fruits.
This oil gathers characteristics and quality of monovarietal oils elaborated with Arbequina olives, ideal for consumers who enjoy mild oils with own personality.
