Maximum Padel arises from the a group of professionals uniting together to form an expertise staff skilled in the arts of business management and tennis academy franchises worldwide. We have top level coaches and trainers combined with a social and relational marketing department staff that has combined all of these elements with the experience of the world´s best padel professionals founding the largest PADEL INDUSTRY company and network worldwide with a new global vision of the business based on quality and padel made profitable.

LEADERSHIP & CAPACITY

Juan Carlos Ferrero - Equelite Sport Academy: CEO Antonio M. Cascales, Equelite is one of the most important High Performance Sport Centers and tennis academies in the world. Numerous ATP tennis players have come out of their facilities, the most famous one being Juan Carlos Ferrero, who now gives his name to the complex.

Specialists in sports management, high-level training, organizing sporting events and competitions such as the Valencia Open 500. They are experts in tennis academy franchises, the JC Ferrero - Equelite Sport Academy has three academies worldwide: the head academy in Spain (Villena, Alicante) and their subsidiaries in Egypt (El Cairo) and in the Unites Arab Emirates (Dubai) in addition to their international network of 20 agents dedicated to developing sports facilities. At this time, they are devoting their efforts to establish padel academies worldwide.

David Degler, North American with a Master´s degree in Business Management at the University of Georgia and Pedro M. Egea, sociologist specialized in relational marketing add to Maximum Padel over 15 years of experience in the development of integral communications projects, social marketing, management of strategic alliances and hospitality at sporting events.

EXPERIENCE & COACHING IN THE SPORT OF PADEL

Maximo Castellote & Jorge Nicolini: Are two of the most prestigious and well-known padel coaches around the world whichprovide our company with the know-how needed to create and manage padel academies, to train amateur and professional padel players and coaches of all levels and ages.

Maximo Castellote has been a mythical player in Argentina since 1987, has a bachelor´s degree in Physical Education and has coached many of the best padel pros worldwide, many of them are now Padel Pro Tour (PPT) players. We must add the his experience in padel academies in Argentina and Spain, being very famous among the mass media and all padel professionals.

Jorge Nicolini, also a legend, has been a pro padel player since 1985 and has been coaching since 1983. His experience has been distributed between numerous padel clubs in Argentina, producing and directing padel television shows while writing several books about this fantastic sport. He has been the director of the Argentinian National Padel Academy and has trained and certified over a thousand professional padel coaches.

PADEL´S ELITE CLUB

Pitu Losada: Professioanl padel player, World Champion in Calgary 2008 and one of the best Padel Pro Tour players on the circuit, currently ranked Nº 1 in the International Padel Federation and also Nº 1 in the Spanish Padel Federation. He is with out a doubt the best European padel player of all time.
